If there is a different amount of people who made the merge, I will go with whoever has less. I don't know if that makes sense or not, but away we go.

FINAL 7 - Earl's alliance held true and took Alex out, while Tony helped spearhead the Jefra blindside, so I'll give him the point. POINT: Tony (3-1)
FINAL 6 - Earl voted with Yau-Man and got Stacy out, while Tony held onto both his idols as Tasha was voted out. This is a tough call, but since Earl really only voted correctly because he was out of the loop, I'll give Tony this point. POINT: Tony (4-1)
FINAL 5 - Earl stuck with the plan to vote Boo out, and Tony flipped on Trish. Since Earl had more power here, I'll give him the point. POINT: Earl (4-2)
FINAL 4 - Earl voted Yau-Man out, while Tony successfully bluffed his idol to stay in the game. Since this was Earl's game winning move, I will give it to him. POINT: Earl (4-3)
