So my main purpose of going to the dentist was to see the doctor moreso than for the cleaning. And the hygienist essentially cockblocked me from getting checked up by the doc. The receptionist a true QUEEN! saved my ass because she knew I really wanted to see the doctor. The hygienist sent me out but the receptionist sent me back in. I was relieved. When the doctor came, the hygienist is like "oh no hes good doesnt need a check up" like wtf?! Luckily the doctor took a look anyways but not a full check up like he was gonna do had she not interjected. I'm kinda peeved at this hygienist. And she kept trying to get me whitening shit, but idc whitening cause I don't wanna damage my enamel. Anyways all in all it was productive. She was a nice hygienist but pushy and inexperienced. I leave with much more faith in my doctor than before. I got lots of great advice from him. Hopefully the hygienist will improve. Looking forward to my next cleaning!
