To give everyone a fair chance and break apart supertribes who make the game not fun and it adds more excitement

The point is to give other people (who are not as good at the competitions) a chance to merge in survivor.. Which means, a supertribe can be swapped with a very bad tribe, giving the people from the bad tribe a chance to win the game. Strategy/social skills are way more important now.
