Have you done any research? Coronaviruses have been widely studied before and vaccine work has gone into previous epidemic causing coronaviruses. the COVID vaccine is using the groundwork from similar coronaviruses. There have been years of work put into it. Years of work that has already been done.
The reason why it takes so long typically is waiting for paperwork, grants, funding, approval etc. Most vaccines aren鈥檛 funded by the government, however, the Covid-19 vaccine is of high interest to the government so they鈥檙e pushing it through quicker. Most of the time spent is just waiting, not actually making the vaccine
fetish It's not waiting. The idea that a company pumping hundreds of millions into a drug development is somehow incapable of greasing enough wheels to push paper faster is ridiculous. This isn't some municipal building permit from an understaffed county. FDA shit takes time for a reason.

fetish ? You an develop a drug but paperwork doesn't hold back the approval. Clinical studies are required. Also Pre-IND's, ANDA's, NDA's. That's not something you can magically speed up. Do you realize how many drugs and vaccines never reach the market. The overall success rate is like 15%.
