At work yesterday (as a server), I got a ticket for a table. In short the ticket has a brief rundown on any allergies/special events that are useful to know in advance. The ticket reads specifically "Wife is vegan" on it. okay. I go to greet them and eventually take the entree order. I know for a fact the ticket is accurate because it CORRECTLY mentioned a radish allergy the son had
quote unquote wife: Ill have the [xxx meat dish i forgot which one]
at this point last time in this story i was super awkward and xxxposed the wife. I LEARNED FROM MY MISTAKE
me: are there any allergies or dietary restrictions (usually i only say allergy) i should be aware of??? =]
