off the top of my head some of the most iconic ones i can think of are:
-Lifting the tray covers to reveal biggest loser votes 1 by 1
-Frosting a Sugar cookie with your vote in Santas in the Barn
-The random hand movements they made the Glass House participants do to "crack" the screen resulting in THIS gif
later addition:
-the segments in Whodunnit where the contestants explained to the camera the ways the murder happened followed by the dramatic variations of the "i know it was you.... [person they think the killer was]" line (which is all a lot funnier knowing none of it mattered and they were actually judged by an off-camera quiz)

Honestly the glass house was the most iconic to me
marthaspeaks no they did whatever they wanted week to week. the gif above robin pointed, and in ep 2 she blew a kiss. people did whatever movement they wanted to.
None of that was told explicitly to the viewer... i was insinuating that producers told them to do the random hand movements offcamera. the word "point" was never mentioned at all by the show on the episodes themselves. they all did random (different person to person/episode to episode) hand/arm/body movements that they came up with that would result in the photo of the person they voted for getting cracked. The first person did a bat swinging, the person with the card, punching, shooting an arrow... all NOT pointing.
the knowledge of which would come from watching (at least 30 seconds of) the show
