imageit might not be THAT bad and have somewhat of a stigma around it but to not call it a drug is lying to urselves hens. Also while it might not be devastating for your health when you don't overdue it like hard ass drugs, it definitely impairs coordination and I don't know in what world  introducing the gases from a burnt plant into your lungs is "harmless" as some are describing it.

Even though cigarettes give cancer let us have tobacco legalized for 16 years olds
Also sure drinking introduces harmful stuff to your liver. My uncle drank himself to death. So if you want to call spades a spade make sure you call everything that fits your description a spade as well

loopspeare I never said he did where did I say he mentioned anything about alcohol all I said was that if you are going to use the descriptions to make an action be negative, than by his logic he needs to be able to transfer that argument over to different areas. It is called contrasting and I do not need him to initially bring it up for me to point it out

splozojames50 and aquamarine First of all Johnny I know alcohol is classified as a drug. However, using wikipedia may not be the best source material to convince someone who thinks otherwise. I see your point an my whole point is our government has allowed and legalized drugs that are more destructive to oneself then weed. Therefore, if taking this stance it should either legalize weed or make other drugs illegal as well. Now I am not saying our government needs to go legalizing heroine but weed is relatively harmless to the user and society. Also not to mention the billions of dollars of taxes we could be profiting off of it.

koolness234 idk if u are arguing to johnny but all im saying is that weed IS a drug, nothing about the legalization (which i am in favor of). people before me were going on saying weed is harmless, not a drug because its "all natural" and i am simply refuting that
