i was so excited for champs vs stars after how much of a GEM champs vs pros was but the start is just really uninspired.
i get they have the whole vintage "battle of the network stars" sort of aesthetic going for it but the live play by play-esque scripted moments and press conference confessionals are beyond cringey. The extended johnny "live" interview when theres no audience was just straight up mute/fast forward material.
Its clear that theres no lolo/Louise/ashley (now that she might be gone) to carry the season since so many of the stars (pretty much everyone besides arianne and i guess terrell) are complete duds. Hopefully since arianne is the only one that has mentioned alliances she can spice up the stars team but idk its just seems like half of the cast is really phoning it in this season.
also OF COURSE @ the cliff hanger im so over these they have lost all dramatic effect they ever had.
splozojames50 wtf stop hating. Terrell IS LOLO. Ariane has potential to flip the game. Shawn Johnson is playing the CIRIE SOCIAL GAME WHICH IS FASCINATING TO WATCH.

Based on the trailer they are SO much more into the game as there's a lot of fights and drama which is what we WANT. Please keep up with it
timster ye it still has potential but both challenges so far have been horrible and i dont care about anyone besides arianne and shawn but thats based on her legacy alone since she has like 0 charisma. the first two episodes dragged MAJORLY whereas last season STARTED out with 2 of the strongest eps of the season
