You gotta love all the misandry that abounds on Tengaged. In this case, I'm talking about the +/- blogs, like when BlueBarracuda covered Survivor contestants, or, more recently, Kaseyhope101 and her Big Brother blogs.
It's ridiculous that some irrelevant bitch will get hundreds of points, while legitimately good men will just barely be in the positive.
There are a couple of exceptions, though:
1. If you're a good looking man (Shane Meaney, Eddie Fox, etc.)
2. If you're such a good player that your skill can't be denied (Dan Gheesling), although even that's not a guarantee sometimes.
Dan has the advantage of having both. If he weren't that good looking, 10 to 1 he wouldn't have gotten as many plusses.

snick427 That's my biggest issue with my rankings. Looking at the final results, many men were overlooked and under-plussed. Even in the top 50 contestants, maybe only 5 are men? So Tengaged as a population is definitely skewed towards the women. Shocked Eddie is one of the most plussed guys out of 299 men, given that many legends (J.t. for example, were raged negged), so even your second point didn't always help deserving men (Todd is one of the few great male players that was acknowledged)
BlueBarracuda I was pissed that Richard Hatch and Yau-Man (my all time favorite) didn't even break 100, while someone like Michelle Schubert ended up getting almost 500.
Maybe I'm reading too much into this, but I think things like this are symptomatic of a societal condemnation of men.
