This blog is just my summary of the competition and my feelings about what is going to happen.
I am so grateful for joining, b/c it got me back into writing songs and music again....i've been really distracted at work and kind of stressed out about irl issues so i've been recently on the lagging side of writing originals. But I've always told Tolis that i would eventually join, for i was a theatre/voice minor (basically so i didn't have to take a music history and appreication class! lol) but i've always loved writing my own songs, since i was the age of 6. I play guitar and piano and record my own songs about ANYTHING that comes to mind from the heartaches, stress, and loss in my life, to a girl that i liked, or even about the leftovers in the fridge! lol
but i'm sidetracking myself, i really would like to stay bc i would love to put one of my originals in the final category of winner's single. It would be kind of my first time overexposing one of my songs, but I feel like i can with you guys.
Snowflake is SUCH a talent and i respect him so much, so if you listen and decide that he deserves to stay its all good, b/c i think we both deserve finals.
so vote for who you think deserves to be in the final :)
