Once I was walking home alone drunk at abar 4am and stopped off at Maccys for 40 chicken mcnuggets, someone goes "are you really gonna eat all those?" and for some reason I claimed one box was for a m8 dno why cuz I have no probs admitting I'm a chicken mcnugget kinda guy, anyway I left and in my drunken haze I thought it'd be a good idea to sprint home carrying 2 boxes of mcnuggets, instantly I tripped over and chicken mcnuggets were all over the concrete floor, I took a quick look around to see if anyone saw me but no one did so i picked them all up off the floor in shame [5 second rule plus chicken mcnuggets are fucking expensive] then went back into the McDonalds to sit and eat all 40 like an O.G.

I am a 28 year-old single professional woman with a successful career and I am financially well off.. I am also taking classes for a graduate degree. I love my career and I am a bookworm.
People assume that I have it all, and that I should be tremendously happy. In reality, I drive about 100-150 miles per day, have little free time, and am frequently so exhausted I just fall into bed at night. I have some casual friends I do things with, but I have no close friends. I haven't dated in almost 3 years. I am considered attractive, but I don't normally spend a lot of time on my appearance.
How can I have it all yet have nothing? This isn't me, and I don't like my existence. It would be nice to just sit, talk, and laugh. When I do, it feels like I'm wasting time. I feel like I'm 40. Help!
Today after P.E. we were in the changing rooms for a bit of banter. I took off my shirt to have a shower and suddenly someone shouted "Look how small Dru's nipples are!", suddenly the whole changing room was pointing and laughing at me, and I was being whipped with towels. I tried to laugh it off but it really bothered me. The teacher even came in to see what the commotion was about and I saw him smirk at my nipples.
I'm not ashamed to admit I cried when I got home, and I'm self conscious about taking my shirt off in any situation now. I am ashamed to look in the mirror, and I am dreading P.E. class next week. Is there anyway I can make them permanently bigger without damaging them?
