I’m finally at a consistent 30” (76.2 cm) waist after being at a 34” (86.4 cm) waist in 2019-2020. I can actually fit in a 29” waist in some brands.
Sometimes, I don’t always see progress in overall weight so these milestones are nice that working out and eating healthy is in fact working. I’m not the most rigorous with either of these and still have plenty of cheat meals and rest days when I’m mentally exhausted, but overall it’s made my life healthier. I’ve always been self-conscious of how I look and I try to not think about it as much, but things like this do bring me happiness and I can’t really control it so I just go with it.
Overall I’m down about 20-25 lbs. From ~185 lb (84 kg) to between 160-165 lbs (~73/74 kg)
Im by no means a fitness or nutrition expert and I’m not trying to be. But this has always been a safe place for me to get my thoughts out.
