- Then ban all multis/hackers (if older users want to use a new account then the old one would be banned)
- Designs would be allowed to be posted only with designers permission. However the actually designs would have no limitations and full avi’s would be ok
- All-Stars Stars and Big Giveaway (Noob Stars) would be implemented again
- Sole survivors would also occur at special times through the year
- Appropriate enforcement of racism, homophobia, and sexual references to an extent
