im finally going to start therapy as my mental health has progressively gotten worse and worse, this week i cracked lmfao

i thought new habits in my life would be more healing but the more i do them the more revealing they become with stuff ive tried to block out and never issued in the past. They do me good but also have forced me to face other things i thought i was over with.

It feels great to start but its a long uphill battle 🥺
