I dont come here often
- but i need to vent about my shitty monday. I feel so unmotivated, burned out and like lost all focus lately and all in the matter of a couple of bad days. I know its gonna pass but i wanted to cry so bad today (and still do).
I started taking dance classes a couple of weeks ago which has been quite refreshing to change my lifestyle and something i wanted to do for so long but even now i dont enjoy them as much, i dont have motivation.
I think its time for therapy, i really do.
