I'm more of a night type of person. I work the best at night and when im too overwhelmed i go outside for a walk or just lay down on the grass to stare at the nightsky, feel the breeze and enjoy the silence. Its one of the few habits in my daily life that can actually calm me down and give me peace and hope that everything will be okay and that i should continue striving for success, such a great therapy.
Its a diff story during the day when my anxiety is at its highest levels and i cant afford.... a nightsky.
