Seasons 1-6 were good. 7 and 8 were horrible bc they killed off glenn and abraham but also dragged out the entire negan story. one season would've sufficed.
Season 9 was really good. and the first half of 10 was good but not as good as 9 but still better than 7 and 8 bc Angela Kang took over showrunner and she's done fantastic. The second half of 10 will be great bc of what I know is coming up plus Maggie is returning to the show which will bring back a character from near the beginning even though Michonne is leaving :(
Also the new Walking Dead spin-off is only 2 seasons long and will tie into the movies that are being produced to tell Rick's story and so it should be good as well bc then we will get the movies starting right after that concludes.
I also foresee a merge of Fear and TWD and have characters overlap and combine into the main show and end fear.
But overall I think it has a good two more seasons for sure and then it'll probably end bc the comics are done now.
yeah 1-6 were really good i just miss the rawness of the first seasons with actual thriller plot and they had to survive from zombies but even then, the governor was an amazing villain and no one has topped him so far, maybe Negan if his storyline wasnt so worn out.
I wasnt aware actually there was another spin-off :o and i need to catch up on FTWD cuz the first season was a yawn fest to me but multiple people have told me it gets really good seasons after. I'm not a fan of movies tbh, its such a short time to get into details of a plot thats been a decade in the making.
I'm just really disappointed cuz i started on season one and i'd always get excited when a new season came out until these last few years, so much damn talking and no interesting action. I'll give it a chance again though when i have time and see if it spars my attention again. Ty for your input! sjsoccer88
