The sixteen new celebrities will be joined by two former players.
These two players are returning for a shot at redemption. They share a distinction in the way that they both deserve the redemption they are being allowed to obtain this season.
Joey "Tatianna" Santolini, rodrigueseve, welcome! You played sixteenth in both of your seasons, first in Panama where you were heartbreakingly forced home after pulling a rock then in Second Chance 2, you were banished after you were infamously idoled out after laughing all day about how funny it would be if you landed in sixteenth place again. Both times you landed in sixteen place but this time you will be given a chance to change that. Welcome.
Sigourney Weaver RobbX2, a back-to-back player, Sigourney returns to play for redemption after landing in fourth place both of her times - - first in Borneo during the first season - - and most recently in Second Chance 2, where she was told by the jury had she made it, she would have swept the votes. Sigourney was reluctant to return, after revealing Second Chances 2 was the first time she told production yes after they had asked her to return every returnee season. With redemption island ending before the final four, production hopes you can make the most of your redemption.
