Not to be mean - but you need to look more put together, you need to speak MUCH more clearly and repeating the same words "tragic" multiple times makes it sound like you don't have much else to say...

Change your outfit. Its boring. Also try smiling more. The speaking parts were good but you gotta look camera ready (like you did during your hopelessly music video).
