That's your opinion. The department I work for is well respected in the community by all races, we have black cops on our force, and we've never oppressed any minority in the community. Just because it happens other places, doesn't mean it happens everywhere. Each state and department has different rules, standards, guidelines, and attitudes of officers. karmasutra wow the pinnacle of diversity the police system is SAVED. that still does not ignore the boot that is so far down your throat. there are black conservatives even though most conservatives would not blink an EYE at any person of color being lynched LMAO. and those black conservatives are mostly denounced by the black community because it's honestly antiblack to be a cop and/or a conservative. and if we're going to bring up how cops treat people i do not think your job would like hearing that you threw out homophobic slurs on call as most police departments are trying to do damage control now that people are seeing through the bullshit.
