Ugh idk what to do

so I'm at a point in my depression where I have been isolating myself especially from irl people and not attending things like my sorority events since I feel like I don't belong in it or backing out of hanging out with someone since they have better things to do than wasting their time on me. The other day, my sorority president messaged me asking if I was ok and then another day, my little asked me if I was ok since she hadn't seen me around much. Like I don't know how to explain it to them, and I really don't want them to know what I am going through, so I have been ignoring them. I also haven't messaged other people back if they have checked up on me in the past couple weeks.

I understand how you feel, but you’re never a burden on those who care for you. They’re your sisters for a reason. They love you and support you! It’s hard to explain things like this to people but once you rip that bandaid off they can help you through these tough times. I bet if you communicated to them exactly what you wrote here they would understand & be very willing to help!

You should let it out to someone as ur not a burden so don't have that in your mind as someone would be happy to hear you out as venting is good.

I too am feeling my own thoughts with work n feeling undervalued but thats another story yet I too am wondering how to blow that off

You should just talk to the people reaching out to you. I'm sure they will be understanding and able to support you :)

My biggest regret from college was not leaning on my fraternity brothers for support when I needed it and isolating. I find myself currently doing the same thing right now though, sO I completely get it. That's what Greek life is all about though, having brothers and sisters to provide an assisting hand and be there for you when you need it most.
