Ok so I went to my city’s protest earlier and let me tell y’all, it was one of the best experiences. It was super peaceful and everyone there all had soo much love and support for each other. It was such a heartwarming feeling going out there and fighting for a great cause. And before I left, my amazing mother told me, “I’m so proud of you for standing up for what you believe in.” Her telling me that just made everything better. I really hope that this country can find peace and stop the racism. Always stand up for what you believe in and speak up for the African American community at this time. My day has been made. Black Lives Matter.
