Let's Make My Rowing Coach Happy

So during my holiday break, my rowing coach wanted us to workout, and now he wants us to have a notebook ready with workouts we've done for the last three weeks by tomorrow. Problem is, I was bad and barely did any workouts. So I need some suggestions to put in my notebook!!! XD

But in all seriousness pinkiepie512, you could do anything as a workout.  Try going for a mile run, do some push-ups or sit-ups before you go to bed, do some jumping jacks.  Sky's the limit here.
