Q: With Admin taking action banning users like #Paige54 for wearing a stolen design, do you think this is fair on the users who bought the items and now are being permanently banned for not taking them off?
felipeS - I gifted Jenna gaga and Paige because i thought that too many people having them would result in any bans but they can't wear it so... and yeah I knew about the rules just bought because they were only 50 ts and i hate workbitch. BUT I BOUGHT THE 560 ONE SMH I AM DEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD
Funnehliner - I think it's honestly one of the stupidest concepts ever LOL, like if someone intentionally bought something knowing it was a "stolen" design then yeah they kinda deserve it, but to make something as tiny as wearing a design into a legit bannable offense is a little pathetic, there's bigger problems than that shit and there's people who still cheat and have multis on this website that are not in the slightest being taken care of.........

maturo - Well whatever the heck happens, it happens and I know that I don't have to worry about stolen designs because all mine are permitted.
Chic - No it's ridiculous. The shop owner should be punished but it's unfair to penalise people for buying designs, especially when they were probably unaware that they were doing anything wrong.
GoodKaren - I think it's Admin trying to do something about the issue, because they can't do much without randomize's help. Admin can't remove the design from their inventory and they only get a limited about of T$ to give so they can't do refunds. So they can either ban anyone wearing the designs or just ban the poster and let everyone wear the designs. I don't like people being able to wear the illegal designs but it's hard to stop it. We just need randomize tbh
I do disagree with how an inactive user's designs are illegal to post. They're inactive so who cares who uses them

Blitszims - No I think it’s a really stupid rule. You shouldn’t be banned for buying and wearing. Maybe for posting but I think it’s all a bit petty especially when there are bigger problems to deal with.
I mentioned my thoughts on my blog before I was banned and the blog was blacklisted from the public blogs page, but its concerning to see that admin has put priorities on whether or not a design is deemed legal or not. I will admit, if the user is active on tengaged, then I feel as if they have every right to require permission for their designs. However, Gemma doesnt care about her designs and her friends can agree, so why does admin care more about her designs than the designer herself does?
In addition, its complete bullshit that people get permanent bans for wearing a design that is deemed illegal when people who have multiple accounts get a 2 day ban or no ban at all because they're corrupt admins friends. At first, I used to think admin was trying his best and I felt bad for him, but now I can see that he only has his and his friends best interests at heart.
I think some changes need to be made here. Solely the poster of the design should get a ban, not the people who bought it or were gifted it that choose to wear the design they were given. As I was gifted, how was it my fault that the design was illegal? Why should I not be able to wear the design as it is already in my inventory? Why is it expected that we know who designed every single design on tengaged. As a user of this site, no one knows this stuff, nor should they be expected to do so.
I think maybe admin should take into consideration other peoples thoughts and opinions. After all, we're the people he's supposed to be helping. And here he is ignoring everyone and not doing an admins job.
