So the first half of the film actually starts off like a sinister Murder Mystery which easily held my attention however the 2nd half is like an overly long church sermon. Rather than hunting down a serial killer and avenging the death of a child which I was completely ready for they instead tricked me into opening up my door to Mormons and they just wouldn't leave.
#108 - The Emoji Movie : Coming in next to dead last is computer-animated science fiction-comedy film the Emoji Movie.
I’m “biast” (pro): I like using Emojis
I’m “biast” (con): None
From WeChat to Candy Crush to Spotify to Youtube,Instagram and Twitter the ads just keep hitting you left and right, in fact the whole movie is pretty much one big giant ad for smart phones. Now if the movie was actually funny that would bug me less but it just isn't funny, it has obvious plot holes, they seem to think INTERNET trolls are a computer function and they can't even get feminism right. The only joke besides the movie itself is that the kid shows up at the end for his tech appointment and gets prompt service which we all know doesn't happen in real life.
FYI - I'm deleting titles from the original qualifier list as I rank them to make it easier for those following to see which films have yet to be ranked.

Completely unsurprised to see Emoji Movie on here since it was ranked as far as #7 on IMDb's Bottom 100 when this came out!
The Shack seems like a disjointed movie judging by the trailer, but seeing as how I really liked both The Blind Side and Life of PI, maybe it might have appealed better to different audiences.
