Why does tengaged hate Jeff?

I'm curious because I can't remember or pinpoint something he has done wrong. I don't really have an opinion on him but I just want to know what he's done wrong. Also please don't give the reason is "he argued with Vanessa that one time" is there an actual thing he always does that isn't  good in your eyes? #bb17

I like him as a player and kinda feel bad for him BUT he has made many inappropriate comments about women in general and women in the house (Liz,Jackie,Becky).  And it gets really uncomfortable.
