What TAR seasons are worth watching?

I have enjoyed The Amazing Race 31 thus far, although I still prefer Survivor, and would like to watch some past seasons. I already plan on watching the 2 Natalie Anderson seasons and the 2 Mike White seasons. What other seasons are worth watching? I have Hulu to binge them on.

All Stars is season 11 (starring Amber & Rob)
All Stars 2 is season 24 (starring Natalie & Nadiya)
Unfinished Business is season 18 (starring Mike White)
Natalie & Nadiya's first season is season 21
Mike White's first season is season 14

Ethan & Jenna (two Survivor winners) are on season 19 as well!
