Until their bitter towards people who they like, THEN it's an issue. The people calling Bayleigh queen for poisoning the BB20 jury against Tyler and trashing Ian now can fuck off. They BOTH suck, and bitter jurors who are bitter for basically no reason other than gameplay should never be called kings/queens.
P.S. There are exceptions, like Cody on BB19 who's PTSD Paul tried to trigger and who he talked shit on all the time.
