So much sadness and darkness going around at the moment so i thought it might be nice to take a moment to thank some people who have made a positive difference here, no matter how big or small.
For me, this person was someone who stood out of the crowd and was able to look past popular opinions of people and the hype around older users and see that I was in pain and it was very real. We didn't know each other very well at the time but they knew enough to see whose experience was more genuine and being almost the only person to see that, stopped me from going to darker place and showed me that even online, there are some amazing compassionate people who can recognise wrong for what it is, despite any pre-existing relationships they may have had. It's so far in my rearview now, the feelings have gone but your kindness will be remembered forever . I appreciate you every day, even if we may not talk that much nowadays (I like to take many breaks now).
