Now this was a group of fun films! I feel like you really appealed to the nostalgia factor for me! And when you went down the horror route you REALLY went there with your submissions! Ginger Snaps (2000) #turkeylover - Fun fact about my family is that for some reason my mom LOVES this movie so like, I literally watched it at a very young age cause we like, have it on DVD. Not sure how good that was for my psyche but I honestly hadn't watched it for the longest time until now. And I mean...this is kind of a masterpiece. Like... for a "cheesy" horror movie it really has some really deep symbolification and great acting. It has the perfect pacing too. Never feels too long or too short. Not to mention an iconic soundtrack and scenes too! Ginger walking into the party with full wolf face??? Girlboss.
Silent Hill (2006) #Symmetry888 - I honestly feel the exact same way about this movie that you do! It gets a lot of unnecessary hate because it apparently isn't true enough to the game (I wouldn't know) but as a standalone movie it's actually fucking terrifying. Like the creatures are straight up disgusting, the scenes are intense and the acting is great too! Mama the scene with the nurses lives forever in my mind RENT FREE. The plot I will agree is kind of all around the place but I really don't mind it. Adds to the mysterious nature of the film to me. We don't have to understand everything for it to be a good ass movie (and yes we are ignoring the sequel).

The Descent (2005) #turkeylover - Growing up I absolutely loved this movie cause my gay ass was LIVING for a horror movie with a main cast of only women. I mean how rare was that in the 2000s? But honestly back in the day when I was watching it I obviously didn't appreciate it for everything else. Watching this back as an adult it's like amazing. The scenes are intense as fuck and the monsters are scary too. Like I have no idea how they even shot this movie. Admittedly I kinda enjoyed the survival sequences before the cave creatures a tad bit more but the second act of the movie is great too! That ending? DEVASTATING!
Shutter (2004) #Symmetry888 - Honestly at first I thought you had submitted the 2006 American remake which I had actually seen before and to be honest, this kind of has dethroned that as the superior version. Like this is literally so scary??? The ladder scene was a definite standout for me! Part of me wishes I had never seen the remake so I could fully appreciate the twist at the end but watching the movie while knowing what's coming is great as well so I'm not complaining! Side note but that lead is HOT AS FUCK omfg I can't. Dare I say it...Natre girlboss idc idc she did what she had to do!!! A great finale submission from you!

I just wanna say thank you to the entire cast for making it a fun season and for sticking through things when I would take like months to update. There probs won't be a season 2 but you never know what the future holds!
