Let me lay down the facts here. I was trying to dance around the truth and it made a lot of people concerned as a result so let me stop being vague and get real.
Yesterday morning, my mother recieved a work e-mail from a "Kylie Vasteloni". It was a 300 word, well-constructed e-mail on behalf of somebody who claimed to be a "concerned member of the community". It included statements that bordered on fabrication, like claiming that randomize never responded to their mails so this was the action they were forced to take.
They also claimed that the design I made of @ilysuiteheart was "raw pornography" (whatever that means) and that I was directly exposing minors to indecent pictures. Anybody who has seen the picture knows that it was tasteless of me to spread but not NSFW and far from illegal. They included screenshots of other things I've done and said but failed to include any screenshots of the pornography as their intent was to intimidate me and my family based on lies.
To finish it off, they wrote vague messages threatening legal action:
"We do not want to escalate this situation any further, and we certainly don't want to see this become a legal issue, but we will most certainly not allow for this behavior to continue putting members of our community (minors included) at risk.", and "We as a community do not accept this behavior. It is not only vulgar, but also illegal." This person created a fake identity in an attempt to punish me and slander my mother and I's reputation. The threatening messages they have sent and things they have posted have all been archived.
I regret ever backing down and beating around the bush. I was going based on the information I was given and I take any proposed legal action against my family as a threat. Thank you to everybody who has stood up for me, spoken to me, and reassured me. The attempts I made to downplay what occured were intended to keep me & my family safe, but instead they made me look unstable and unsure of what really occured. I just wanted to give anybody who was involved some piece of mind with the FULL story, and now I want to be done talking about this. I will be RESUMING with some regularly scheduled frooks. All I really need to do at this point is move on.
