I mean know one really knows the real number. Hospitals and medical centers are reported to be writing off non covid deaths as covid since it means more funding

staymellow the yearly death rate has had pretty predictable growth. theres no year where its suddenly off course by 200,000

anyway i would like to see multiple whistleblower accounts that confirm this cause that would be a very large-scale operation. also hospitals get paid more for covid patients because... they are typically in the hospital longer? but i digress

Heart disease. Diabetes. Alzheimers. Suicide. The affect on the body of staying home for old people might not be so apparent to anyone under 40, but it's very relevant. Literally no one knows at this point. People only peg it to covid, cause that's the hot topic. Not even considering the legnth of time it takes to process data relating to deaths and releasing it. memphis_grizzlies @ mathboy9

staymellow no i know. they get paid more for covid patients and, as a result, covid deaths. if TENS of thousands of people were being falsely marked there would definitely be more sources then some he said she said nonsense on conservative twitter.

im not sure about other areas but in my hometown of new york city, this was the chart for excess deaths: https://i.gyazo.com/f74e142a3144b36832441295263bac91.png . it quickly peaked and then retreated back towards normalcy as the first wave ended. i dont think that all the old people died because they stayed home for 2 weeks. also ive volunteered in a nursing home before andmost of them stay home except for taking the bus to the grocery store which they still do?

anyway you can believe what you want but i would prefer not to believe that my grandmother's death, among other family friends, were used for some national medical conspiracy
