That logic doesn't apply to what happened. We tend to accept harassment, bullying, death threats, etc. from the user it is targetting (for offenses that involve others). We hadn't known since the video was taken down. We didn't unban the user over their disability; otherwise, they wouldn't have received one in the first place (which isn't right). It is exactly how we deal with harassment reports, why should one speak for others?
