should I even bother continuing with this interview process?? I interned at this company doing cybersecurity last summer for 5 months and I was doing REAL WORK for literally $18 an hour... they got acquired last fall and I just had an interview with the new company and they offered me a position upon graduation but they said I need to do a 'placement year' to determine what role I'll take on. they're offering 47k for that year and 62k for the following year once I complete the placement but the placement year is really insulting since I was literally working full time for them lol. I'll be working in MIDTOWN MANHATTAN like the salary feels egregiously low??
