I feel the need for this song to be the first of all, because it not only thrills me a lot, but its also one of my favorites since first time i heard it.
Idk where to start about this song. If some song is meaningful is this one. U have other songs that can make u cry and have meaning, but a song like this, that inspires u, is a lot more difficult to find.
I hardly believe someone can gets indiferent to this:
"One day you will live this world behind so live a life that you will remember"
This is the quote that hits me harder and sums up well what this song is about. We need to be ourselves, do the things we want to do so later we dont have regrets about our choices and the things we have done. And that is what i take from this song for my life.
This is more than never one of my favorite songs. Appart of giving the message to enjoy every single moment as it would be the last one, this song is also about overcoming difficulties and make worth moments from it.
And this is where i am rn.
All this pandemic situation have been a nightmare for everyone, at least in my country we take things carefully and serious and i havent seen some friends in this last year and i miss them.
Actually, one of the last time i was together with a specific group of friends before pandemic started and completly uncorcened about the restrictions we would have a few weeks later (i have met this friends meanwhile btw), we were just playing some songs, chilling, whatever, and i put this song.
This makes the song a bit more special atm, rn everytime i hear this song i think in that day with my friends and for me that i try to take everything from each moment this is a rlly difficult time where im stuck at home most of the time.
I feel that, more than never, i have to continue to have hope and this song from Avicii gives exactly this kind of motivation, that i need so much rn. I hope as soon as possible to be with my friends having fun day after day.
All Avicii songs are meaningful but this one has the most important meaning. This song gives life a purpose, let us be who we are and make us dream.
