I think I will make a chicken shawarma bowl. I have some couscous I can make, and also peppers, onions, and tomatoes I can cook up as well. Bought some tahini to marinate the chicken in along with some turmeric and maybe cumin and a few other delights I may toss in there! I have some yellow lentil hummus too hmmm maybe a lil of that on the side
