malachite05 oh nice; yeah i was gonna say >1 min wouldn’t really be sprinting as hard; but that’s still insane. Can you planche? or do one hand pushups? I’m gonna view you as superman now. I wanna learn how to planche or even do a handstand but i struggle to stay up more than 1-2 seconds
I got bamboozled they made me do 65 burpees! kindred7 I can do a lot of regular pushups, but I haven't really tried 1 handed but once I figure out the technique yeah maybe I can! I've focused a lot more on running and endurance these last couple of years but I am getting back to more strength focused stuff!
malachite05 omgggg you’re insane!!! I think I’d die trying to do 65 burpees in a row. I’m proud of myself for doing 20 LOL. I should start doing what you do. I usually work out but have been hardcore slacking for the past 2 months bc I make the excuse of work being too long/tiring but I feel bad every day when I don’t lol
