The point was that it would be unfair to start banning people for something that hasn't been bannable for months. Not sure why that's difficult to understand

I literally advocated for the banning of multis and encouraged rando to bring back the nose feature, he just doesn't want mass bannings to occur so is in the process of making an automated system to detect them automatically
