on my first day at work at a dental clinic i had to phone the patients to remind them of their appointment
and on my very first one i was leaving a message and realized i didnt know the phone number to the clinic so i said "call us back" and then gave them their OWN phone number
I once told somebody to come back for their appointment on the wrong date and THEY ended up telling me the date they were actually supposed to come back for looool
lmaao. im pretty sure i have forgotten my own number when im leaving voicemails. specially if im doing it while playing tft or something. in many occasions while using SF i've asked to speak to the company name because they sound like a person's name lemonface
