just got struck by reality and things aren't looking too good.
I just feel like there's no way to turn and I can't even help myself
I wanna cry and scream but like for some reason my body isn't allowing me to do it cause I think if I do, I'll completely lose it.
I just feel so helpless and I just hate everything right now, I don't know how I'll be able to cope or if I can.
