Have the report user button send a case to the judge group any one judge can propose a punishment and the rest of the team has 24 hours to propose a different ban (or no ban) and the majority vote is the punishment
There would need to be atleast 10-15 users from different friend groups for this to work and since it鈥檚 not an individual on a moderation account you can鈥檛 have a scenario where someone gets power happy and goes on a banning spree as the majority could overrule them and eventually get kicked from the group if they are not being a fair member
heavenlee in the report user it asks for you to provide links I would imagine randomize could code it so that if the same blog link is reported multiple times that it automatically filters into the same case file
