One of the biggest discriminatory laws against Gay people today in the United States, is that some gay people cannot ever file rape charges against their aggressors, only sexual assaults' charges. As in some states rape is defined in law as vaginal penetration, and thus gay men without vaginas have no legal claim to saying they got raped.

This is still the law in North Carolina

I was shocked to hear this a couple years back so I hope this changes quickly
