6. Death threats, threats of physical harm, wishing harm upon people, encouraging suicide or violence -
This is fairly self-explanatory. Do not tell someone you're going to kill them or injure them, or encourage them to kill themselves. Do not threaten to do anything that could harm a person in real life, physically or otherwise. We are, however, going stick with things that sound like actual threats... not jokes. Borderline offenses may result in lesser punishments than what's listed below.
NO WARNINGS. FIRST OFFENSE = 3-day ban. Subsequent bans may increase depending on severity and frequency of offenses, up to and including permanent ban - this is a serious offense

karmasutra or are you talking about when admin used skype information to ban someone when they previously stated you could not get banned for it, when in this case it was never stated that you could issue death threats as long as your friends were okay with it
