As far as nude posting and the spreading of child pornography if you want to bring those claims against people you have to find a way to bring court cases in many different states and file according to their criminal court process. Which will cost a lot of money and time. You will have to have sufficient evidence and proof of the illegal acts in order to convince a judge to issue a warrant or subpoena to start the research and evidence gathering process.
4. All this will cost sufficient time money and resources and you are more than likely never see a court date with randomize.
5. So all this will accomplish is just forcing the site down and if that is your prerogative there should be a less costly time expensive method.
