Objective is to scare randomize into making the website better you might accomplish it. However, you cannot literally sue randomize and bring a court case against them. First of all randomize is not a citizen of the United States therefore bringing a suit against him is a rather hard thing to do. He will never show up in court unless Spain extradites him which they wont. Furthermore, you cannot just sue randomize if you are concerned about nude postage, then you would have to file individual claims against users who posted the nudes, which would be multiple law suites in multiple states. Rather costly so I hope this is all going to be pro bono. About the only thing you could do is completely shut down the website, if your lawyer can get around the T.O.S

Its obviously just a threat, I understand that the costs of suing rando for these claims would be ridiculous and as a college student I obviously do not have that money nor do I have the time. Its mostly just a threat to attempt to make him pay attention and if he feels like he has a chance of catching a lawsuit due to an abundance of underage pornographic exposure, then that would be successful. However, its not supposed to be known its a threat, so making blogs saying that its not possible helps nothing at all, if you get my jist.
