You all know how I feel about this issue as I have beaten a dead horse on this issue until it came back alive and then I beat it some more.
Do you feel like buying/stealing a design that was posted for 50 or 1t when you could that was for someone else stealing or not. If you do or do not why?

Still think randomize should let people register gifting only shops
I think private designs only accessible by certain users should be a feature tbh but as of now it's public and there's nothing you can really do but be faster
If your friends decide on black Friday to get a phone and you all race to get it and everyone gets one but you because some lady took it is it considered stealing? (if that makes sense)
honestly i used to do it so yes it is stealing because the gifts were meant to go to someone its not like bitches are just refreshing and it just came up they are using page monitor to intentionally steal so yes it is stealing
I think if the shop owner clarifies beforehand hey this shop is strictly gifts or hey this design
is going to a friend, then yes. But if someone just accidentally comes upon it and snags it, I think it's just pure misunderstanding
I think its shop owners beware. The site is not set up for gifting so shop owners have found a way around it but taking a chance. The site is not set up for people to say onlt this person and this person can buy what i have it set up as a first come first served market. Its not stealing, Stealing entails not paying for something. People are paying.
I do not think its stealing unless they use page monitor. That form is literally preying on the weak! But once something is posted its open for everyone! I encourage people to periodically check gifting shops! 99% of the time u stole from someone with a billion gifts anyway

YES, it is annoying.
But it’s not stealing. I use the wors steal sometimes, but it’s really not.
Shops are public, it’s fair game to everyone.
Exactly what Jouix said. If it's on a public sale, it's on a public sale. But there should be a private shop system for gifting.
Let's say if your shop is successful for like 3 weeks, you can get a temporary bonus private gifting shop but you can only sell items you've previously stocked.
