Wish we could have Tengaged Court back. I use to love looking at court cases and having the general public all posting doctoral theses on why a user gets banned. I remember one user once escaped getting banned saying skype quotes were only circumstantial evidence. Imagine how lit it would be nowadays

littlebrother123 Yes but circumstantial carries less weight then direct evidence and you are less likely to convict someone on circumstantial evidence alone. In this case all we had were skype quotes which the person said were circumstantial and could have easily been faked.
