there's one thing about hosting nowadays that irritates me and actually gets me to the point where i want to be done with tengaged permanently, and that's the fact that only a select few actually give enough of a damn to let people know that they could miss events or you know, even show up at all during an episode. i'm bewildered, and hurt, as i have a great show, but that's because of the few people actually giving enough of a damn to be there... be active when they can be, and let me know when they can't be. i'm worn thin by it... if you sign up for a show, you're expected to be active and respectful to the host. you aren't doing that by missing events and pretty much giving the host a giant middle finger. i'm bout to call a lot of people out on their bullshit if it continues to the point where that is a necessity, but i hope it doesn't. i don't need the stress. so, please stop fucking being assholes on shows, and try to be active, don't shoehorn, and don't make the host feel disillusioned and like crap if you aren't willing to try.
