Survivor Heroes VS Villians Logo

I was just curious as to why the logo on the buff's and the official logo are different? I just bought a rereleased HvV black buff on Planet Buff and they are still using the older logo where they do not use the acutal characters.

They changed the sillouettes but didn't change the buffs sold to the public.
