Both say they should go into stars. In my frat usually the rules say whoever wins the final seat gets to go into stars. But idk this seems like a loophole.
honestly, i feel like it's up to your discretion on which will do better in stars, as both seem deserving. if i were you i'd choose B though. but it's your call.

Either way if you stole the seat you'll want to go in. If you told someone who to steal from you believe you deserve to go in. But what it comes down to is what the rule of your frat is. There are some frat that rules is if they win its a public vote. If you're in a frat with that rule and stole seat you wouldn't complain because you knew before hand what the rule was. Just like in the instance. The frat rule is whoever steals go in.
No really, it depends on your frat rules, but you said yourself it's a loophole, think about what will happen if one of them get sent, will one of them provide a better gameplay than the other?
